I'm just a normal person, just like you. I wear a shirt of certain color, just like you. I have bills, I have hopes and dreams... I have a limited time on this earth to spend how I want. .. Just like you. We are all here to make a paycheck. To make a living. To provide for our families. I was so excited to start this job... but you see, to me it's a career. I want to work here until I can't work anymore. I was excited. I felt a sense of accomplishment. I felt lucky. Unfortunately, the lies and the lack of transparency have left many of us with sour taste in our mouths. Serious questions left unanswered. Unfair wages swept under the table. We have the power.. YOU have the power to balance the scales and build the structure for the better good for a better future. Not just for yourselves but our community.
